What is KGsePG?: KGsePG focuses on education starting from Kindergarten to Post Graduation. The website aims at becoming a unique web solution for every kind of education information a scholar may need during the course of education.

Viewing

How do I view a presentation without downloading?: You can click on the image of any presentation/project you would like to view. You will land on a project view page with a large box with buttons for next and previous pages. You can click on the buttons and view all pages of the presentation.
Can I review or comment on the Presentation?: Yes you can review and comment in the box provided in the box below the viewer. You can also type in your name and E-mail for other users to contact you.
Will my presentations have the animation while viewing online?: No, online view does not support the animation. However, all the animations will be preserved and viewable after downloading the project.
Why do I see the transcript/text of my project below the project viewer?: Transcript will help you run through the project at one go without clicking on the next button. Also you can view text only and avoid the pictures etc that may take time to view and load.
How do I view the documents I uploaded earlier?: You should sign in before uploading and the project uploaded by you will be saved in your account page.

Upload

How do I upload a new Project?: You can click on UPLOAD . You can select the documents and they will start uploading
Can I upload more than one project at a time?: While selecting you can click on CTRL on the keyboard and select multiple files.
What is Email Upload?: For files which are long or you are having trouble in uploading. You can mail them to share@kgsepg.com we will upload and send you the URL for the same.
How much does it cost to use KGsePG for storing my documents?: KGsePG is absolutely free and there are no plans to make it paid in times to come. You can be assured that your projects will be accessible to you and the world without any payment.
What is the life of my project on the website?: The project once uploaded is given a unique ID and a URL. You will be able to access the projects through this URL. In case we need to clear the database, we will mail you well in advance to help you take a back up of the same.
I am going to upload my first presentation to KGsePG. Are there any do's & don'ts for this?: Please check that the document being shared by you is not copyright protected. Any porn or undesired content will be immediately be deleted.
Does the text from KGsePG documents show up on search engines?: Yes, SEO and SEM if a vital part of our strategy to get organic review to our user and partners.
Why is my file upload taking so long?: The file size may be too big or the server may be taking time. You can try again or mail the project to share@kgsepg.com . And be rest assured our freaks are working on issues to avoid it next time.
Problems in uploading (upload fails) or converting file (shows a different image).: This happens when we get a file without recognized format or a file without any extension.
How does KGsePG categorize the various uploads?: We categorize on the basis of the level of education and subject where the project is most likely to be useful. You can write a description for the project if you have a recommendation for category.
Can I upload project to a specific Category on my own?: Yes, you can upload the project in specific category also. Just click here , select the category and then click on upload, here you can select multiple projects and the files will start uploading automatically.
I want a different image to be used as the thumbnail for my presentation instead of first page. Is this possible?: Yes, you can email the URL of the project and the Image you want to attach. Our folks will do it for you.
Do I need to sign up on KGsePG before I can upload document to KGsePG?: No, you can upload the project without signing. However, we recommend you to sign in before uploading to help users contact you.
Is there any limit to number of documents I can upload?: No, you can upload infinite number of projects. We have a huge storage.
Where will I view the project once I have uploaded?: You will be able to view the project in the recent uploads or your profile page.

Share, Promote and Network

How will visitors interested in my project contact me?: Visitors can either contact you directly by emailing or reviewing your projects.
How can I contact another user on KGsePG?: You can email the user directly or leave a review for the project.
How do I invite friends into KGsePG?: You can use the invite friend tool on your profile page.
Can I get the URL for a particular slide of a slideshow?: Yes, you will get a unique URL for all the projects.
When will my project be promoted?: Once the project is approved after quality, your project automatically gets promoted.

Downloading

How can I download a project?: You can click on the download button just above the project view window and select the location to save the project.
I want to download a project but the download link is missing?: This should ideally not happen. Still if our systems goof up. Please send a feedback with the project URL to correct the issue.
How much does it cost to download?: Nothing, we are working towards a liberal education system and sharing is completely free.

Profile

How do I create my account/profile?: You can click on the register button and type in your email and password to create the account.
How do I login?: Use the email and password to log in the account.
I signed up on KGsePG but haven't received the confirmation email. What should I do?: You can send a feedback regarding same and don’t forget to mention the email id used while registering.
Can I change my screen name or username?: Yes your screen name will be same as the name provided by you. You can keep it as per your liking.
Can I change the password of my account?: Yes, just click on the change password link on the profile page.
What if I forget my KGsePG password?: Use the forget Password tab just below the sign in box. You will be able to retrieve the password.
How can I add my photograph in my KGsePG profile?: There is a place to add picture where you can upload the picture.
How can I edit my profile?: You can edit the profile by clicking on the “Edit Profile” link after signing from the account you want to edit.
How can I avoid entering username and password every time I visit KGsePG?: Check (tick mark) on the save password box. Your will not have to type the password nest time you visit us.
